Restaurant Can Roig

I am spending a few days vacation on the Spanish coast, namely Roda de Bará. Last evening I took my wife and children (9 and 5) to "Can Roig", a very cozy and comfortable restaurant. Service was corteous and helpful. We had a splendid dinner. All we ordered was delicious, meats, fish, etc., etc., also the children menus. When you go to Can Roig, don't miss the tune tartare nor the meat tartare, but I think the best dish you must try is the Sirloin steak with Foie. That's a heavenly delicacy!!"!

Amazing authentic Spanish cuisine. I make sure to visit any time I visit Barcelona :)

A fabulous little restaurant well worth a visit. We had the camenbert starter, mmmmm, followed by 1 monk fish and 1 confit duck leg. All wonderful. Excellent. We will be back!

We had an amazing evening at this restaurant. We were greeted at the door by the owner who clearly is very passionate about what he does. He had some good recommendations and the food was amazing! We had the cod and steak with vegetables from his own garden. Antonio showed us the restaurant and wine cellar and he was very nice to talk to about the food and the surrounding area. If you are looking for a nice restaurant for your holiday this is a must visit!

Really liked the main chef super friendly. The place is really nice inside but the struggle to cook salmon all the way through. Wine was great. Tuna was very dry. Other people on the party said theirs was the best they had ever tasted. Party of 10. So deffo go as the ambience is lovely. Also ignore google's opening times. They are incorrect.

Very, very tasty, fresh, and good quality. A little pricey but a full recommendation and an awesome service!

Very delicious cuisine made out of high quality ingredients, some from chefs own garden. And the chef, Antonio, is very friendly with personal approach to every customer.

What an incredible experience we had last night at this gem of a restaurant. We were greeted by the chef on arrival who had kept the restaurant open late for our last minute booking, he was extremely kind and friendly explaining the menu and offering suggestions and recommendations. We followed the recommendations and they didn't disappoint, we had the most incredible meal. The food was cooked to perfection from a chef who clearly loves his work and has a passion for his food. The chef explained each dish as it came out, where the ingredients were sourced (all local, and some grown in his own garden!). We accompanied the meal with a glass of local wine which was superb! I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough, the venue itself was quaint and picturesque, the food was perfect, and the chef Antonio was a wonderful host. What a perfect experience. Thank you Antonio!
